Contact details: name, email address, and (if you choose to provide it) phone number.

Transaction details: shipping address, billing address, purchase/sale/trade preferences, and communications about your request.

Watch-related information (sell/trade inquiries): brand, model/reference, condition notes, photos/videos, serial/reference information you provide, box/papers status, service history, and any other details you submit.

Communications: messages you send us by email, form submission, chat, or social media.

Device and usage data: pages viewed, clicks, referring pages, approximate location derived from IP address, browser/device type, and diagnostic data.

9) Returns, 24-Hour Inspection Window, and Order Issues

Luxury watches are high-value items and are sensitive to handling, sizing, wear, and condition.

24-hour inspection window: If your purchase includes a 24-hour inspection window, you must notify us of your intent to return within 24 hours of confirmed delivery. To be eligible, the watch must be shipped back within 24 hours after delivery (based on carrier acceptance scan), following our return instructions.

Return handling and refund timing: When a return is authorized, we may collect and use information such as your order details, shipment tracking, and photos/videos you provide to facilitate the return. Refunds are issued only after we receive the returned watch and complete an inspection confirming it is returned in the same condition as delivered and with all included items (as applicable).

Order issues and disputes: If you contact us about a delivery issue, damage claim, missing item, chargeback, or other dispute, we may collect and use information such as order details, shipment tracking, photos/videos you provide, correspondence, and (if applicable) documentation from carriers or payment processors to investigate and resolve the issue.

Fraud prevention: We may use order, device, and transaction information to detect and prevent suspected fraud, theft, return abuse, or unauthorized transactions.

We retain return/dispute-related records as reasonably necessary to resolve issues, comply with legal obligations, and prevent fraud.


10) Insurance, Signature Delivery, and Carrier Data Sharing

To protect high-value shipments, we may require or offer shipping features such as insurance, signature confirmation, adult signature, delivery holds, or pickup requirements, depending on the transaction.

To facilitate shipping and delivery, we may share certain information with shipping/logistics providers and related service partners, such as:

Email address and/or phone number (if required by the carrier for delivery updates)

Package details (including declared value where applicable), tracking information, and delivery preferences

Carriers and shipping service providers process this information under their own policies. If you prefer not to share certain details (such as a phone number), contact us and we’ll let you know whether the carrier can still complete delivery without it.

For returns, we use shipment tracking and delivery confirmation to verify timing requirements (including the 24-hour inspection and shipment-back window).
